I have ordered a few charms from Heirloom charms and have been happy with each one that I got, but this one stands out. I like it the best. The green background on the one I received was slightly lighter than the picture online but it's a beautiful bead.

I am extremely happy with Heirloom Charms' products, but this charm is not one of their finest offerings. The flowers on my bead are not as crisply detailed, and the background is not the evergreen color I had expected. It is a greenish-black color.
The Murano glass beads from Heirloom Charms vary in size a lot, and are not true to the size that is typical for Pandora. That's not to say that you should avoid them, just be aware, if you are trying for a uniform look.
Heirloom Charms has sent me a gift of a Murano glass bead with each of my two orders from them. Their products are very well packaged, and you can't beat the all silver charms!

I like this bead however the picture indicates there is a lot of green in teh background which is why I wanted it. If you are purchasing this to add the green coloring to your bracelet you may want to pass. Otherwise it is still a very pretty bead.
