Delicious. Purchased via Ditalia. Good packaging. Just as they promised, boxes arrived on time for our Church. Great customer service via email and phone; kept me informed.
Recently had the bad experience of purchasing online from USAchocolate... $18+ Baci Easter egg arrived broken in many pieces. Poor packaging, poor customer service.

This was a wonderful find. I am Italian and have not had these chocolates for years. We use to have them when I was growing up and it certainly brought back memories. The chocolate is some of the best I've tasted and the nuts are fresh. Some candies don't use fresh nuts as the taste of the nuts is usually covered up by the chocolate. Thank you for putting together such a great product. All I can say is EAT AND ENJOY

I bought this for my mother for Christmas, since I knew she loved this brand. She enjoyed the chocolates very much and is very thankful for the gift.
The shipping was smooth and easy, but don't remember how fast it came (on time I'm assuming). I would buy this again.

These hazelnut chocolates are very good. The box is pretty and romantic (Baci = a kiss or kisses in Italian). Sometimes I do not wait for my husband to get these for me (anniversary and Valentine's Day). In addition to special occasions, once or twice a year I order these chocolates "from me to me" and share them only with my very best friends.
