This and the Oliviero are the best of the soft torrones. Almost as good as the stuff made in the pasticierra.

Prefer La Florentine over most of the others.
These pistachio bars are aesthetically very nice and make wonderful little presents. The green wrapping is very attractive, but a distant second to the fabulous soft torrone contained within. Amazon frequently has this on Free Super Saver shiopping (to the Lower 48 & Alaska, too). Save some bucks & go for that option. Get La Florentine. It is uniformly the best!
