Luckily I waited until this arrived before ordering the matching earrings. The color is more like the shadow green color depicted in the picture. The necklace is a delicate fine sparkling cut chain. The ball is well, a small ball. It doesn't really look like glass. Based on the reviewer comments for the blue version, I thought this would look better on and would be an unique piece of jewelry to own. I visited Venice and the island of Murano a few years ago and always regretted I did not purchase additional pieces while I was there-this would not have been a choice. So yes, buyer's remorse-but it is well made and was a Gold Box deal, so that lessens the dissatisfaction.

Before placing an order, I read the negative feed back from someone who purchased this necklace; however, I decided to give it a try to see if I would like it. Now I wished that I did not buy this necklace. It is ugly and not worth even a hundred dollar.
