Cherry refers not to the flavor, but to the plantation. India Cherry is a natural Arabica coffee grown in southern India, the most prestigious region of coffee production. This is a sweet, full-bodied coffee with a strong aroma.

Gianni seeks out the beans himself, then heads back to his tiny 1,500 square foot roastery in Verona. There, he uses an antique red roaster to prepare his artisan coffees. In one year, Gianni produces as much of his limited-yield coffee beans, as Starbucks does in one day. Espresso ground and vacuum sealed.
