Delicate in texture and just the right amount of orange peel and raisins to complement the dough. Generous in size. Enough for at least twelve people. The Panettone arrived about a week before Christmas and the tiny piece I have left is as fresh as the day I received it. It isn't a cake, but then it is not a bread. Just sort of in between. Would definitely purchase this item again and would recommend it to people that want to experience Old World baking.
Attractively wrapped for holiday giving.

I worked in an authentic Italian Deli for 9 years and this is the best panettone I have ever had! It's absolutely perfect in texture and the balance of flavor is sublime; it isn't too sweet, or over-done with too much added in, and the little hard sugary things are a nice burst of sweetness.

Fiasconaro is, by far, the best Panettone I have ever had, both here in the US and in Italia. Moist, flavorful, aromatic, buttery, and with plenty of fruit! I can't wait until I can have it again, with a nice cup of Illy.
